The advantages of the accommodation
Description
This character house is the ideal place to stay with friends or family for 10 to 12 people. The house can accommodate 8 people. It has an adjoining outbuilding, ideal for 1 couple with 2 children. The house is located in the heart of Carantec. During your stay, there are many tourist sites to visit, such as the Château du Taureau, which you can visit by boat, passing in front of Ile Louët, and everything is within walking distance: beaches, walks along the GR34, Ile Callot, golf course, local shops, etc. Halfway between the Point du Raz and the pink granite coast, you can discover the island of Bréhat, Ploumanac'h, the Crozon peninsula, Roscoff, the island of Batz, Morlaix... The main house at Logis aux Camélias is 100m2. On the ground floor, you can enjoy : - a 30 m2 living room with a dining area for 12 people - two unheated summer lounges (the 1st facing south and the 2nd facing west) - a kitchen equipped to prepare meals for 12 people - a bedroom for 2 people (double bed 1m60) - a toilet Upstairs, you'll find - bathroom with bath and WC - a bedroom for 4 people (4 beds to be made up as a single bed 90 cm or double bed 1m80) and a cot - a bedroom for 2 people (1m60 double bed) and a cot. The outbuilding at Logis aux Camélias, adjoining the house, is 40m2 and comprises : - a living room opening onto the kitchen with a sofa bed for one adult or 2 children (bed 1m20 wide) - a bedroom for 2 people (double bed 1m60 wide) - a bathroom with shower and WC. The 900m2 garden is planted with trees and features a dining area (garden table and barbecue) and areas for relaxing (deckchairs, sun loungers, benches). Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels), as well as the bare essentials (washing-up liquid, sponges, toilet paper, cleaning products). Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Cot, changing table, baby bath and high chair. Outside: Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed garden and car park nearby. Additional charges: Water and electricity consumption: A fixed price is included for electricity consumption (20kWh per day) and water consumption (500 L per day). Beyond the fixed rate, payment will be requested at the end of the stay according to the current rate of the suppliers on meter reading. Deposit: A deposit of €800 will be required on arrival by bank transfer (with bank terminal). Other information : - Please note that the number of people in the accommodation must be as stated in the booking. If this number is not respected, we will cancel the booking without refund. - Parking is free in front of the house on the one-way street. Recharging an electric vehicle is not permitted. A charging point is available in front of the town hall, 500 m from the accommodation. - Animals are strictly forbidden, even small ones. In the event of non-compliance, the reservation will be cancelled without refund. - Before your departure, you must clean the accommodation to leave it as you found it (vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, shower and WC). If the housework is not done, 200€ will be deducted from your deposit.
