The house is very close to Saint-Malo. You will appreciate the comfort offered by this carefully maintained rental, both inside and outside: large garden, private shower room in each room, fully equipped laundry room, enclosed shelter. Not forgetting the kindness of the owners Jean-Yves and Patricia who live next door. This house of about 70m² on 2 levels is composed of : * GROUND FLOOR : - Bright living room with sitting area, living area (table and counter), a fully equipped open kitchen. - Laundry room with scullery, washing machine, dryer, freezer, etc. * FLOOR : - bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed with private shower room and dressing room. - bedroom 2 : 2 beds 90x190 cm with storage and private shower room. - Independent WC _The house has one floor and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. _ * OUTSIDE : - Pleasant garden with trees, ideal for relaxing, equipped with a terrace, a lounge, barbecue, deckchairs and sunbeds - Large enclosed courtyard with parking. - Enclosed shelter for your bikes, motorbikes, kayak, etc. * RATES : Low season: 320 € to 350 €. Mid Season : 420 € to 450 €.
