Stone house in the countryside in a small farming village (dairy cows). commune de Crozon Detached house with first floor: sleeps 5, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed (140), 2 single beds (90), additional bed in sofa bed, cot available on request, living room-kitchen, bathroom, 2 separate WCs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, bed linen provided. TV, fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture, terrace, unfenced garden, children's play area, car park. Water sports, beach 1.5 km away, hiking trails, close to the GR34. No internet or WiFi connection. Weekly rates 1st week in July and last week in August: 470 euros + electricity (meter read on arrival and departure) July and August: 600 euros + electricity (meter read on arrival and departure) January to June: 300 euros + electricity (meter read on arrival and departure) September to December: 300 euros + electricity (meter read on arrival and departure) In low season, 3-night minimum stay possible (€60/night) Optional cleaning: €80
