"Single-storey fisherman's cottage located 80 m from the sea. 3 keys and 3 stars for 2 people (additional sleeping possible in the mezzanine). Detached house: 2 people, 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) where a cot can be placed on request + 1 double bed on the mezzanine floor, kitchen-living room, shower room, private WC, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture, 80cm flat-screen TV, WIFI internet, DVD, terrace, enclosed garden, outside parking (2m from the entrance). Beach, water sports, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, hiking trails (GR 34 100 m away), bike hire. Restaurants 200 m away. Village 3 km away. Neolithic site of Barnenez 7 kms away. Château du Taureau (cf Fort Boyard) created by Vauban can be visited but also sea trips from the port of Diben 500 m away and you can buy fish and shellfish directly from the boat in the port. Prices per week: consult schedule If using the mezzanine, 10 euros/day for each person using it - 5% discount for stays of 2 weeks except June, July and August - Possibility of renting a weekend or a period of 3 nights during the week for a fixed price of 250 euros in low season and outside school holiday periods, except for the Christmas and All Saints' holidays. - Dogs allowed except in the bedroom: 40 euros - bed made : 35 euros Towels (large, small, glove): 8 euros/person Cleaning : 40 euros, compulsory if a pet is present Tea towels : 5 euros

The house is near the port of Diben, 3 km from Plougasnou. Arriving at the shipyard (entrance to the Diben) go 200 m and turn left towards the rue des prairies for 50 m and take the rue de la fontaine for 50 m: house on the left, white gate.
