Ideally situated in the heart of the market town of Fouesnant, 3 km from the beaches, "Le Pommier" welcomes you all year round to Southern Brittany. The eco-construction gîte is accessible to PRMs and is certified "TOURISME & HANDICAP". It is surrounded by a 2000 m² wooded garden and its Ouessant sheep. The gite is a detached, single-storey, solid wood house that sleeps up to 6 people. -On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, an accessible shower room with WC, a large living room-kitchen with 1 extra bed in a sofa heated by a wood-burning stove, an entrance hall and a separate WC. It opens onto the terrace and enclosed garden. -Upstairs, a large family bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a shower room. Private parking is available. It is possible to book bicycles with a hire company. We can provide a cot and baby equipment. The Gite is equipped with free WIFI internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, TV (small screen) - see description of each room. The basic rate varies from €385 (low season for 3 people and excluding charges) to €1050 (high season for 6 people), for a minimum period of one week from May to September. Discounts apply if you wish to stay for more than 15 days. End-of-stay cleaning is provided, and you can hire sheets and towels. You can also take out cancellation insurance through the Clévacances partner.

We will work with you to prepare your arrival before the big day, especially if you need special equipment or home help. We'll be happy to welcome you on site from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Depending on your arrival time, we can provide you with a key. After a brief tour of the property, all you have to do is settle in and enjoy a glass of cider or apple juice. On the terrace or by the stove, depending on the season.
