LANNION is 5 km from the shops and 10 km from the beach. Local shops in the village of ROSPEZ are 2 km away. Ground floor: Living room/kitchen area with stereo, WIFI, TV, DVD, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 mezzanine with 1 140 cm bed. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, baby relaxer, bath. Outside: garden furniture, swing, table tennis, barbecue. Private car park. Board games available. On the Guingamp - Lannion dual carriageway, take the ROSPEZ exit (D31). - continue as far as the village of Rospéz: you will arrive opposite the church - turn left towards LANNION (D65) - about 900m from the church, after passing the sign indicating the end of the built-up area, on your right, you will see a sign for croix rolland: take this direction - you will pass through a small housing estate - Then take the first road on the right (Route de Coatarel + 50 speed limit sign): it's the fifth house on your left, N°24 (white house with grey shutters, entrance with beige gravel, grey gate and clévacances sign).
