Description
Keloubreizh is a detached contemporary house close to the island of Bréhat, with a courtyard, large landscaped garden, terrace and sea view from the first floor. Short stays available on request. Located 1 km from the shops and 800 m from the beach. With a surface area of 120m2, it offers plenty of space and its location in the heart of an authentic landscape gives you access to the GR34 footpaths 50m away, with exceptional views over the island of Bréhat. In winter, its low-temperature underfloor heating with heat pump guarantees seaside comfort! Direct access to a terrace, not overlooked, gives you the chance to read or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while admiring the hydrangeas in bloom or watching your children in the 1200m2 garden. Upstairs, there are 3 independent bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 90cm bed and a single BZ where you wake up each morning with a view over the Bay of Paimpol and an independent toilet. Also available for your stay: barbecue, bicycle shed, garden furniture, Internet access, baby equipment (high chair, cot, potty, small bath). For your vehicle, there is private enclosed parking and an electric vehicle charging point. On request: free loan of 2 bicycles The authentic setting and warm welcome of the owners will win you over. Don't hesitate to ask them; they'll make your stay as easy as possible. Very attractive off-season prices Water and electricity charges extra based on actual consumption. Short stays possible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One dog allowed per stay subject to agreement with the owner (contact us on [l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée]) and specified on the contract_. _- The security deposit should preferably be paid by cheque (or in cash) on the day of arrival and returned within 8 days. __Be sure to check that your main home insurance policy includes the Holiday Rentals extension, as the tenant is responsible for insuring the rented premises. They are responsible for all damage caused by them __. Housekeeping is charged at 60 euros for up to 1 week and 80 euros for more than 1 week. _- The price of the stay does not include the following charges: water, electricity (prices invoiced locally), housekeeping / __Base of calculation EDF: 0.35 €kwh Base of calculation water: 7.73€/m3 Tax séjour:0.88j/pers + 18 ans __Each additional person compared to the established contract (5 pers.), will be the subject of additional charges.
