In winter, its low-temperature underfloor heating with heat pump guarantees seaside comfort! Direct access to a terrace, not overlooked, gives you the chance to read or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while admiring the hydrangeas in bloom or watching your children in the 1200m2 garden. Upstairs, there are 3 independent bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 90cm bed and a single BZ where you wake up each morning with a view over the Bay of Paimpol and an independent toilet. Also available for your stay: barbecue, bicycle shed, garden furniture, Internet access, baby equipment (high chair, cot, potty, small bath).
