With 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, our spacious house allows you to find your own space to rest and recharge. Built in 2008, it offers a high level of functionality and quality, with a 3-star Meublé de Tourisme rating. With its 106 m², it offers a generous space where the whole family can get together and spend quality time together. The 40 m² terrace, with its magnificent views over the valley, is one of the highlights of our gîte. Imagine having breakfast al fresco while admiring this enchanting landscape - an experience that will bring you relaxation and serenity. The 400 m² grounds, enclosed on three sides, provide a safe space where your children can play freely. What's more, our gîte is ideally located just 500 metres from local shops and producers, so you can stock up on fresh, tasty produce to prepare delicious family meals. During your stay, you'll have access to a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with all the small appliances you need to make your day-to-day life easier. Make the most of sunny days by relaxing in our garden furniture, and enjoy family meals together on the barbecue. Although our gîte does not have a swimming pool, the River Dordogne is just 1 km away. You can take advantage of its proximity to cool off and have fun as a family. We have also thought of the youngest members of the family by equipping our gîte with a full range of childcare equipment. To make your stay even more enjoyable, sheets, towels and table linen are provided, so you don't have to worry about these details.
