This renovated detached 2-storey house is located in a hamlet 200 metres from the village of Lamothe-Cassel (46240) and 6 km from the shops and services at Labastide-Murat (Coeur de Causse). Reversible air-conditioning on both levels of this gîte. It is 25 km from Cahors and Pont Valentré, Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, the LOT and Célé valleys and the village of Saint Cirq Lapopie. Ground floor: entrance hall - fitted kitchen - living room with sitting area - 1 large bedroom with 2 windows and study - shower room with shower - separate toilet. Garden level: 1 bedroom (2 single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed). Adjoining WC and washbasin. Weekly rates: from 240€ to 560€ in high season, Weekend from 150€ to 200€. Short stays possible for 3 nights or more out of high season.
