Gîte la Bastide Landesson in Provence in the heart of the Luberon, in the countryside. House in 1/2 floor, fully air-conditioned, facing south, beautiful view on the Luberon. Secure private swimming pool (8x4) open from 01/05 to 15/10. Free WIFI. Quality decoration. Entrance hall, living room with leather sofa, equipped kitchen. A bathroom, 1 toilet. Covered terrace, garden furniture. On the floor: 3 ch, 2 beds 2 pl in 160 cm, 2 beds in 90 cm. Bathroom (bath, shower, 2 sinks). Separate toilet. Basement: laundry room with drying rack, washing machine, garage 50 m². * Cottage not fenced. * 2 fridge/freezer (1 in kitchen, 1 in laundry) * Baby equipment provided free on request. * Small animal accepted only on request. Rates 2024/ week: - Off season (April, October, Christmas holidays and end of year): 700 € - Spring intermediate season (May): 850 € - Mid season (June and September): €1000 - Intermediate summer season: 1st week of July and last week of August: €1,200 - High season (July 6 to 03/08): €1,650/week - Very high season (August 3-24): €1,850/week In addition: - Rent sheets 15€/bed (beds made on arrival). - Towel rental: 5 €/person - Cleaning at the end of the stay compulsory 80 €. - Tourist tax: 1 € 32/day/person (Child up to 18 years exempt). - Reversible air conditioning: is included in the 100 kW weekly rate, the kW is charged to the customers at the rate in force at the time of the rental (as an indication, in September 2023, the kW rate in full time was 0 € 22). HOW TO GET TO THE BASTIDE From the A7 motorway, take exit 24 (Châteaurenard, L'Isle-sur-la-sorgue, Apt), then turn right towards (Aéroport, Avignon, Apt and l'Isle-sur-la-sorgue). At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards (Caumont, L'Isle-sur-la-sorgue, Apt). Continue on the D900, and at the roundabout head towards (Dignes, Coustellet, Apt, Gordes). There are 2 possible routes to Coustellet. Route 1: Route d'Apt In Coustellet, at the crossroads, continue straight ahead on the D900 towards Apt. Then pass Les Beaumettes, Lumières. Just as you enter Apt, turn left at the E-LECLERC shopping centre roundabout. Take the D943 "Avenue du Viaduc" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt and drive through the village. On leaving the village, turn left onto the D2 "Route de Roussillon" towards Cavaillon, Gordes and Roussillon. Continue for 1.2 km, passing on your right a house with large cedars and an oratory at the entrance. On your left is the Domaine des Andéols, go 50 metres and then turn right onto a small track to reach the bastide. Route 2: Route de Gordes At the crossroads in Coustellet, turn left onto the D2 towards Les Imberts. Continue on the D2 towards Gordes, and at the roundabout go straight on (do not go up into the village of Gordes), towards Joucas, La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt. Before the Joucas "straight line", leave this village on the left and continue straight on towards La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt. Go through the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 for 4 km, passing the hamlet of Les Bellots and 100 metres on, take the second small road on the left to reach the bastide.

We diversified in 2002 by creating this gîte, "LA BASTIDE LANDESSON", which we have furnished and decorated as if it were our own home. We like the contact with the customers, we like to be able to exchange and advise our customers on all that there is to make (walks, tourist sites, restaurants...). The welcome and the relationship are important to us.
