Description
This fully renovated Breton stone house is located in a peaceful setting, close to the village and 1.5 km from the sea. Ideal for family holidays, it can accommodate people with reduced mobility thanks to its ground-floor bedroom and adapted bathroom. Horses can be accommodated. One-storey house: sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed (160cm) (ground floor), 1 double bed (160cm), 2 single beds (90cm), cot available on request (bed linen hire), living room-kitchen, shower room with WC, separate WC, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV (satellite cable), DVD player, WIFI Internet access, wood-burning stove, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed garden. Water and electricity included. 100kw/h in summer and 200 kw/h included in winter. Tourist tax of £1.71 per adult per day is extra. Linen hire of £10 per room is available, as is end-of-stay cleaning of €50. Possibility of welcoming horses for the week £40 / week per horse.

I welcome you on the day of your arrival between 4pm and 6pm if you have any unforeseen circumstances on the way, no worries, just let me know! I will also do the inventory of fixtures with you on the day of your departure, before 10am at the latest. If you want to leave early, just agree on the time and I'll be there.

We are close to the sea, 1.5km and close to the town centre, 500 m from all shops. For your leisure you will find all sorts of activities such as sailing, kayaking ... at the Térénez sailing school, fishing, diving, horse-riding in our nearby clubs, tennis with courses or court hire, as well as all sorts of activities that will satisfy the whole family, sandcastle competitions, sand games competitions, Place au Mômes every Tuesday evening, the Primel night market on Friday evenings, the violin festival, street shows in Morlaix every Wednesday evening, legends and tales in the evening at the Pointe des douaniers or a night walk among the korrigans at Botmeur in the Mont d'Arrée, and the brand new science centre in the former tobacco factory in Morlaix....To satisfy your taste buds, you'll find several restaurants with varied menus..... We're also on the route of the parish enclosures and very close to the Château du Taureau, which you can admire from the coast or on the castle itself thanks to a short boat trip! The Château du Taureau can be reached from either Plougasnou or Carantec, and from Plougasnou you can also take a boat tour of the seven islands, a protected area for birds and other marine animals... You can also take a trip on an old sailing ship in the Bay of Morlaix, or go for a walk along the coast on the GR 34, or take one of the walking tours offered by the tourist offices throughout our small towns to discover our heritage or our black mountains "les monts d'Arrée" with their wild, unspoilt nature and all their legends...
