My house is very comfortable, 80 square metres, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom; you can walk to the port in 5 minutes. Two of the 3 bedrooms have a small sea view. The garden is well enclosed and sunny, with a south-facing terrace and barbecue. The garage is ideal for storing bikes and beach toys. The beaches are close by. I welcome my guests personally, and advise them according to their wishes, on things to do and see: good restaurants, beautiful beaches, the menhirs and dolmens of Baden, hiking trails GR 34, basilicas, chapels ... cruises in the Gulf of Morbihan, excursions to the island of monks or visit Vannes Gallo-Roman and medieval city. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, pressure cooker, oven, microwave, raclette machine, games for the children, jigsaw puzzle, card games, buckets, spades, landing nets; The Baden sailing club (1km from the house) organises sailing courses.
