Trained as a psychologist, I've also been holiday letting for over 20 years, and I really enjoy it because it's a great way to meet new people, and several travellers have become 'regulars' who I'm delighted to see again every year. My main aim is to provide holidaymakers with a high level of comfort, and I want them to feel at home in my accommodation.
