Description

On the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Vendée, the Résidence De L'Océan***, a Moorish-style residence, is exceptionally well located in La Tranche sur Mer, with direct access to the fine sandy beach at the foot of the residence, while being right in the centre of town with all the shops just a stone's throw away. The flat is on the 1st floor, with a south-east-facing balcony and sea views. Coin-operated laundry facilities in the building in season. Close to the shops and all amenities, the residence is open all year round. Water sports (surfing, jet skiing, boating, windsurfing), cycle paths, forest walks, will enhance your stay according to your tastes. Nearby: Ile de Ré, La Rochelle, Ile d'Aix, Le Puy du Fou and the Marais Poitevin (Venise Verte). This flat, located in a holiday residence, is ideally situated: a stone's throw from the town centre and the central beach of La Tranche sur Mer.
