The accommodation is fully equipped and furnished for your comfort. Take advantage of the large enclosed garden, deckchairs, barbecue, terrace and exceptional location. The property is rated 3* by Atout France. You're just 900 m from Port-Briac beach and shops. Also in Cancale, the Pointe du Grouin and Port-Mer are accessible by a footpath running alongside the sea: the magnificent GR 34 (Sentier des Douaniers). _The 120 m², two-storey house comprises :_ * Ground floor - A large, bright living room with: fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with large flat-screen TV. - A separate bedroom with 140 cm bed and desk, with en suite shower room. * First floor - Two separate bedrooms, each with 160 cm-wide beds (made-up beds). - A separate bedroom with two single beds, suitable for children. * Outside - fully enclosed grounds and 200 m² enclosed garden - terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. - Parking for 2 cars in the private courtyard. - A pushchair shelter and two vintage bicycles are available. * Facilities and services - TV, radio, dishwasher, numerous electrical appliances. - Sheets and duvet covers provided and beds made. - Free fibre-optic Internet access with Free. - Baby facilities provided free of charge on request (cot and mattress, high chair and baby bath). - Small pets accepted for €40 per week. - Heating option from 01 April 2023 to 01 October 2023: €40 per week. - Optional cleaning and disinfection package (COVID): €100 plus €25 per additional room booked (to be specified when booking). - Optional cancellation / interruption / damage insurance. - Holiday vouchers accepted (paper form). * The owners Our young retirees will welcome you and give you plenty of advice on how to avoid the "tourist traps". * Rates Available all year round from Saturday to Saturday for a full week, fortnight or month. Saturday to Saturday rates based on a choice of two of the 4 rooms occupied. Reservations for one or two additional rooms may be made with a small increase in the weekly rate (€90 per room).
