Annick is delighted to welcome you to "_La Cerisaie_", a pretty detached house in Cancale, surrounded by a fully enclosed garden and bathed in sunshine from all sides. In the peace and quiet of a residential estate, you can enjoy all the attractions of Cancale thanks to the house's proximity to the shops (1km), the town centre, the beaches and the port (2km), not forgetting the Pointe du Grouin. Other sites well worth a visit,  include La Malouinière de la Ville-Bague in Saint-Coulomb, the ancient corsair town of Saint-Malo, the seaside town of Dinard, the medieval town of Dinan, Saint-Samson Cathedral in Dol-de-Bretagne, Mont-Dol with its panoramic view of the Bay, and the not-to-be-missed Mont Saint-Michel. * The house for 1 to 4 people with garden comprises : - an entrance hall, - a separate, very well-equipped kitchen, completely refurbished in 2023, with dining table. View over the garden, - a pleasant living room, - two separate bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 cm and 2 beds 90x200 cm) - a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. - laundry room with washing machine. * Outside - Well-maintained enclosed shady garden - Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue available in summer. - Private parking * Facilities and services - Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-fi included. - Sheets and towels available on request. - Baby facilities: cot, high chair, bath. Large enclosed garden. - Pets welcome: dog allowed, with owner's agreement. - Charges included. * The owner Annick has enjoyed welcoming visitors to our beautiful region for many years. She has a particular taste for aesthetics, and is keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She regularly refurbishes and modernises the house, while preserving its soul.Supplements- End-of-stay cleaning (optional): €30- Bed linen and towels: €20/single bed, €30/double bed. - Tourist tax (compulsory): €1.35 / night (3-star tourist accommodation). * Accessibility The house, entirely on one level, may be suitable for certain situations of reduced mobility.
