Annick is delighted to welcome you to "_La Cerisaie_", a pretty detached house in Cancale, surrounded by a fully enclosed garden and bathed in sunshine from all sides. In the peace and quiet of a residential estate, you can enjoy all the attractions of Cancale thanks to the house's proximity to the shops (1km), the town centre, the beaches and the port (2km), not forgetting the Pointe du Grouin. Other sites well worth a visit, include La Malouinière de la Ville-Bague in Saint-Coulomb, the ancient corsair town of Saint-Malo, the seaside town of Dinard, the medieval town of Dinan, Saint-Samson Cathedral in Dol-de-Bretagne, Mont-Dol with its panoramic view of the Bay, and the not-to-be-missed Mont Saint-Michel. * The house for 1 to 4 people with garden comprises : - an entrance hall, - a separate, very well-equipped kitchen, completely refurbished in 2023, with dining table.
