Beautiful, fully renovated neo-Breton house located between Quimper and Douarnenez, in a very peaceful setting. Its large grounds, plenty of natural light and warm style are sure to make your stay in Brittany a pleasant one. Ideally located for visiting Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, the Bigouden region, Audierne, La Pointe du Raz, Les Glénan, the Fouesnantais region, etc. You'll be 10 minutes from the beaches of Douarnenez and 20 minutes from the beaches of Ile Tudy and Sainte Marine. To help you relax and stay in shape, the house has a bathroom with a balneotherapy bath and a fully-equipped gym. Detached two-storey house for 10 people: 4 bedrooms, 3 x 160cm beds, 4 x 90cm beds, cot and equipment, kitchen-living room with fireplace, shower room-WC, bathroom (whirlpool) with WC, oven and microwave, dishwasher, combined freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD, internet, sports room (bike, fitness equipment), garden furniture, barbecue, swing, 2 table tennis tables, terrace, very large enclosed garden, garage. Weekly rates: consult the schedule by entering your dates of stay. Sheet hire (optional): 10 €/person (90 cm bed) and 20 € (160 cm bed) Deposit: 30% of the total cost of your stay Deposit: 50% of the total cost of your stay Housework (optional): €80 Tourist tax (compulsory) : 1.40 € per day and per adult Oil heating (October to April) : 80 €/week (if necessary)
