Description

This 92 m² house of character for 6 people, has a large terrace (with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue) and a view of the port of Loguivy de la Mer. It is located 600m from the port and 500m from the shops. You will find a living room (with TV and DVD player) / fitted kitchen area (with microwave, Combined freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker), a small bathroom with shower and WC, as well as 'an independent bedroom with 2 beds of 90. Upstairs, 3 independent bedrooms with sea view: one with 1 bed of 120, one with 1 bed of 140 (new bedding since 2020) and the other with 1 bed of 160 (new bedding also) / also a bathroom with shower and WC. At your disposal a room with washing machine and dryer. Baby equipment. For your car the house has a private location not far from the house. Optional: rental of sheets

From Paris: approximately 5 hours via the A11 then the N12. 🚆 By train Paimpol SNCF station is approximately 4 km from the gîte. TER Bretagne line with a connection at Guingamp (TGV from Paris). From Paris Montparnasse, travel to Paimpol in approximately 5 hours 30 minutes with a change at Guingamp. 🚌 By bus Axéobus network: the village of Ploubazlanec is served by route 24, which connects Paimpol to Ploubazlanec. Bus stops nearby provide access to the centre of Paimpol and the main tourist attractions in the area. ✈️ By plane Rennes Bretagne Airport, approximately 125 km away.
