Fully restored character house on 2 levels with, on the ground floor, living room with kitchen area, separate toilet and utility room. 1st floor: bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (140cm), 2nd bedroom with wardrobe and 2 single beds (90cm), bathroom with shower cubicle (90cm), washbasin, heated towel rail, WC, central vacuum cleaner. Outside: Terrace, garden furniture, private carport, bicycle shed, enclosed shared courtyard (we live in the same building). Nearby: numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, the Monts-Dôme mountain range, the Chaîne des Puys/Faille de Limagne, Vulcania, Gour de Tazenat, the Queuille meander, the art town of Riom, the spa town of Châtel-Guyon, and numerous sites for visits, sporting activities and leisure pursuits. 7 km from the A71 and A89 motorway entrances and exits. Gîte open from 6 April 2025 to end September 2025.
