In the heart of the bay, between Dol de Bretagne and Mont St Michel, in a typical polders farm, our group cottage (14 people), welcomes you all year round for your family reunions, group stays and stopover hiking. You will find in this house of 170 m², completely renovated : * On the ground floor : > Large living room / open fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, microwave, TV) > Large toilet block with 3 showers, 3 toilets) * Upstairs : > 4 independent rooms with 2 to 5 beds, > Free wifi office area, > Relaxation area > Shower room / wc * Outdoors : > Private courtyard > Large picnic tables, barbecue. > Private parking lot, 10 ha of greenery and pastures * Direct access to the bay, greenway, GR 34 * Nearby - Village of St Broladre, small shops, - beaches and sand yachts, - 150 km of hiking and horse-riding trails, - GR 34 and greenway direct access from the cottage, - swimming pool in Dol de Bretagne, - zoo, aquarium. - Tourist sites, Mont st Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Combourg, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard and the Emerald Coast .... And also... * Weekend (2 nights), mid-week (4 nights) or weekly rentals per week. Other possibilities on request. * Equestrian tourism relay labeled FFE "Horse Etape" since 2016, we also welcome riders and their mounts (overnight paddock horses € 8 / boxs € 16). * We also offer for adults and over 12 years, horse riding on the beach (all levels) and baptisms horses & ponies for young and old.
