Features: - Surface area of 120m² spread over 2 levels. - On the ground floor, a spacious living room including a comfortable living room with wood stove, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and stools. - 1 separate toilet. - Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms with 2 140 cm beds and 1 120 cm bed, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. - Children's corner in the attic with games and TV. - Large enclosed garden of 1000m² with furnished terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, deckchairs and pétanque court. - Breathtaking view of Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès. - Shelter for storing bicycles, boats, motorcycles, etc. Attractions for fishermen: Enjoy private access to Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès, located just 300 meters from the cottage. Le Gîte du Pays Vert est idéalement situé dans le hameau paisible de Rénac, commune de Saint-Gérons, au cœur du département du Cantal (15) en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. 🛣️ Venir en voiture : Depuis Aurillac (25 km – env. 30 min) : Prendre la D120 en direction de Saint-Mamet, puis suivre la D617 vers Saint-Gérons. Des panneaux indiquent Rénac Plage à l’approche du lac. Depuis Clermont-Ferrand (170 km – env. 2h30) : Rejoindre l’A75 puis prendre la sortie Tulle / Aurillac. Suivre Aurillac puis direction Saint-Gérons / Lac de Saint-Étienne Cantalès. Depuis Figeac (45 km – env. 50 min) : Suivre la D840 jusqu’à Maurs, puis direction Saint-Étienne-Cantalès via la D667. 🚘 Parking gratuit sur place 🚆 Venir en train : Gare d’Aurillac à 25 km : desservie depuis Clermont-Ferrand, Brive-la-Gaillarde et Toulouse. Possibilité de location de voiture à la gare ou de transfert local (sur demande préalable auprès du propriétaire). ✈️ Venir en avion : Aéroport d’Aurillac Tronquières (AUR) à 30 min Aéroport de Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne ou Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne (2h environ)
