The Gîte du Pays Vert is ideally located in the peaceful hamlet of Rénac, in the commune of Saint-Gérons, in the heart of the Cantal department (15) in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. 🛣️ Coming by car: From Aurillac (25 km - approx. 30 min): Take the D120 towards Saint-Mamet, then follow the D617 towards Saint-Gérons. Signs indicate Rénac Plage as you approach the lake. From Clermont-Ferrand (170 km - approx. 2h30): Join the A75 then take the Tulle / Aurillac exit. Follow Aurillac then Saint-Gérons / Lac de Saint-Étienne Cantalès. From Figeac (45 km - approx. 50 min): Follow the D840 to Maurs, then head for Saint-Étienne-Cantalès via the D667. 🚘 Free on-site parking 🚆 Coming by train: Aurillac station 25 km away: served from Clermont-Ferrand, Brive-la-Gaillarde and Toulouse. Possibility of car hire at the station or local transfer (by prior arrangement with the owner). ✈️ By air: Aurillac Tronquières airport (AUR) 30 min away Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne or Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airports (approx. 2 hours away)
