House situated in campaign in: - 7-8 minutes (by car) of the sea, the port and the city center - 2 minutes (in feet) of the lake of the "Big pebble" and the plan of hike "vélocéan". - Former barn with stones and visible skeletons - Room of life (stay, lounge, kitchen) of 70m2 - completely equipped fitted out Kitchen - 3 Chambers: 1 double bed 140, 1 double bed 160, 2 flexible single beds 90 in 1 bed of 180 - flat Screen at arrangement in every chamber - Stay with sofa reads 180 - Bathroom with Italian shower and column hydromassante - 2 TOILETS - Hall and storeroom - TV and DVD - Washing machine - Highchair, bed and bathtub baby - Games and books for children - WiFi at arrangement - Parking lot, terrace and own garden - Sunbathings, garden furniture, barbecue, washing lines This house is accessible(approachable) to wheelchairs (except a room(chamber)). The material(equipment) of outside is at arrangement(measure) from April till November. Sheets are supplied and beds are made. The holiday cottage(shelter) is non-smoking. The house is pleased for 2 nights minimum during the year and only weekly(only to the week) during the school holidays. Loads(Responsibilities) are understood(included) (water, heating, electricity). Tourist tax in supplement: 1,2 € / day / person adult. The small pets are accepted (3 € / day). During the welcome(reception), will be asked to you 2 checks of pledge: - Pledge arranges 80 €, indeed the tenants can choose to do the cleaning of the end of stay or to settle(adjust). - Material pledge 600 €, restored at the end of stay if the house underwent no damage.

I was born in Pornic and this farmhouse belonged to my grandparents. It took me ten years to renovate the entire site. We tried to create an atmosphere that blended the old and the new. I live on site and I'm very proud to welcome travellers who can discover our work. My Quebec wife Mégane and my son Jonah live with me in one of these houses. The peace and quiet of the countryside, the proximity of the ocean and the cultural activities taking place in the centre of Pornic make for an extremely pleasant and relaxing environment.
