Our house is located in a quiet and residential area, on a large fully enclosed garden with electric gate and hedge.The beaches, the port, the shops of Guilvinec are less than 2 km away, easily accessible. Inside, the kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with recent household appliances, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher.In the laundry room, washing machine and dryer and everything you need for ironing.3 beautiful bedrooms with 160, 140 and 2 x 90 beds.The bathroom with Italian shower is separated from the toilets.Outside, a beautiful terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. The price includes charges for electricity and water consumption, WiFi, end-of-stay cleaning.The beds are made on your arrival and all table linen, towels and beds are provided.A supplement calculated on the actual consumption will be expected, in case of use of the terminal for electric car. Dogs are accepted with a supplement of 50 € for the stay.Other pets are not allowed. You can take advantage of the GR 34 close to the house for hiking.Several clubs in the surrounding area offer nautical activities, sand yachting, paddle, sky surfing, surfing...The major commercial brands are all nearby.Pont-l'Abbé is 6 km away and Quimper 27 km away. Originally from Burgundy, when we retired we moved to Brittany, to the lovely port of Guilvinec/Treffiagat, which we discovered on holiday. As someone who loves photographing landscapes, there's plenty of material here! And when the wind kicks up, it's great to capture the sea pounding against the piers! And because we like to entertain and maintain a social link, we wanted to start up a tourist business, and to do that we bought a gîte.
