On the edge of the Périgord Vert and Périgord Blanc regions, in the middle of the valley through which the River Dronne flows, close to natural and tourist sites where you can discover a prehistoric, Gallic and Gallo-Roman past, 10 km from Ribérac (Circuit des Eglises Romanes à Coupoles du Ribéracois) and 30 km from Périgueux, listed as a "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire", former farmhouse just outside the village of Saint Victor (400 m), 130 m2. Ground floor: Living room (flat-screen TV, free WiFi, tourist information), kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, fan-assisted oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker + traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and citrus press. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom: 2 x 120cm beds and 2 bedrooms: 160 x 200cm beds. Just 30 km from Périgueux (capital of the Périgord region), you'll be able to relax and let your hair down as you stretch out your toes by the private pool.

The house in which you're going to spend a wonderful time is a family home that we renovated in 2013 with our children. I take care of the administrative side and the decoration, and my husband looks after the outside and welcomes our travellers.
