150m from the Midi beach. This house will give you the chance to spend a wonderful holiday on the island of Noirmoutier. Built on a very quiet enclosed plot, set back from the road and private, it comprises a living room with TV and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with TV (1 x 160cm bed), 3 small armchairs for watching TV and a small coffee table, and a children's bedroom with 3 x 90cm beds; a shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC and laundry room with washing machine. South-facing terrace and small storeroom at the front of the house with dark grey garden furniture and wooden barbecue for summer meals. You can walk to the beach through the pine woods, 1 pet only, enclosed south-facing garden.
