The owner's house is 18 metres away, separated by a lawn and vegetable garden. The location invites you to take a leisurely stroll through the forest, while at the same time being close to the Vosges ski resorts of La Mauselaine in Gérardmer (15 km) and La Bresse-Hohneck (25 km). Shops are close to the gîte (list available: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.). The gîte was completely redesigned in 2016/2017 and renovated in October 2023. It has VMC, a walk-in shower with an adapted seat, and a lockable bicycle and ski room. There is also a room for selective sorting (recycling: cardboard - glass bottles and various packaging). Spring water is free and drinkable. A private asphalt car park is reserved for customers, with access for people with reduced mobility. The entrance hall with corridor leads to the living room and opens onto the terrace.
