Enclosed farmhouse in the heart of the hamlet of Ruscumunoc, 300 metres from the beaches and the GR34 hiking trail. Close to the Trézien lighthouse and the Pointe de Corsen. Connections to the islands of Ouessant and Molène are 20 minutes away by car. Close to the "La colonie de Trézien" function room. Horse-riding centre nearby, golf course 6 km away. Detached house: sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds (90cm), separate shower room, separate wc, lounge/living room/kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, WIFI internet access, private parking, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, private enclosed garden. Linen and towels for hire. Weekly rates 370 € : March to May and October to December 440€ : June and September 510€: 1st week of July and last week of August 630 € : 2nd week of July to 3rd week of August. 5% discount for 3 weeks rented in summer Sheet hire: €16 per bed Cleaning package: 50 euros Short stays outside very high season: 1 night : 100 € for 2 people,150 € for 3 and 4 people.
