Welcome to our home in Perigord with its typical old stone houses. The south facing farmhouses are located in a private ground of 18 acres with a magnificent panoramic view. Its unique setting gives the property an air of total peace in a very private world. Beautifully restored, the ancient barn is an easily managed, spacious and modern house set in a charming and peaceful area; a relaxing place to visit the region.It's an ideal setting for a large family gathering or friends. The 2150 square feet building is independent, nearby the owners' lodging with 4 bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet, a balcony and a sheltered terrace. Two bedrooms are fitted with twin beds to receive a couple, children or friends. The ground floor has direct access to the garden, the terrace and the car parking place. The ground floor bedroom is fully equipped for disabled people. The kitchen area is fully equipped with high qualities appliances. On the one side of the barn, you have an access to the children's playground and on the other side a, you have a direct access to the swimming pool. The pool completly renoved in 2024 is shared only with the owners. The large shady parking place is available at the back of the courtyard, a major point during a sunny and hot summer. All included : Electricity, heating, climatisation, logs for the stove, bed linen and towels, internet and Wi-fi, cleaning on departure.
