Nestled in the heart of the Vosges countryside, in Tendon and just 20 minutes from Gérardmer, La Grange du Faing Janel accommodates up to 12 people in a setting ideal for get-togethers, walks and holidays with family or a group. This 150 m² holiday let offers comfortable and practical living spaces. On the ground floor, the large living area combines a lounge, dining area and kitchen centred around a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a 5-burner hob, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. A floor-to-ceiling window opens directly onto the terrace. This level also comprises a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe, a shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility featuring a shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, a disabled-accessible toilet, and a second shower room with a shower and heating. The washing machine is located in the hallway. Upstairs, the first bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds placed side by side, a washbasin, a chest of drawers and a cot. Two further bedrooms each have two 90 x 200 cm beds and two bunk beds, as well as a washbasin and storage space. A mezzanine connected to the last bedroom houses a pull-out bed measuring 90 x 190 cm. A separate toilet completes this floor. After a day in the great outdoors, enjoy the wood-fired sauna, which you can use at your leisure. Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is the perfect spot for sharing cosy moments. A garage provides storage for shoes, bikes or skis. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the house is just a short walk from the nearest hiking trails and 50 metres from an organic farm with plenty of animals. On site, you’ll also find a woodworking workshop and, depending on the season, honey, eggs and goat’s cheese for sale. The surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities: walking, cycling and mountain biking. The Tendon Waterfall is a 1.8 km walk away, and horse riding is available around 5 km away. A lovely spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the Vosges and explore the area around Gérardmer.
