In the heart of the hamlet of La Sarrazine in Berrias and Casteljau, this stone cottage is ideally located in southern Ardèche, between the gorges of the Ardeche and the Cevennes, you will appreciate the calm, comfort and charm of this beautiful House with private pool above ground On the ground floor in a vaulted cellar: a kitchenette with a sofa bed. This room is independent at the house and is open from May to September. On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle), lounge with Flat screen TV, HiFi, and DVD player, a room with a bed of 140, a room of water with TOILET On the floor: 2 big rooms each with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90, a room of water and an independent TOILET. A beautiful enclosed courtyard with a furnished terrace (garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue) in the shade under the wisteria.
