A "COUP DE COEUR" HOUSE BETWEEN COUNTRYSIDE AND SEA_ This large character house (XVIIIth century), in a tree-lined park leading to a small woodland, is situated within 10 kilometres from Paimpol and Tréguier. From here, you can roam across the Wild Peninsula and discover its most famous sites, like the Isle of Bréhat, La Roche-Jagu Manor, Talbert’s Sillon, Lézardrieux harbour,as well as enjoy the many beaches along the rugged coastline (from 6 to 10 kilometres)._ Ground floor. A very large living-room (60 square metres), with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with an antique fire-place. A smaller lounge-library, with French windows opening onto the garden, offers a relaxing atmosphere. A separate double bedroom (queen-size bed), looking eastwards on a small orchard. A shower room with two wash-bowls (hair dryer). Separate toilet. Two staircases, one of ancient stone, one wooden. A large terrace along the west side of the house, sunlit until nightfall. First floor. Master bedroom with a queen-size bed. Two adjoining rooms, (with two separate accesses) : one with twin beds, and one with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub, washbowl, toilet. Playroom with two extra single beds. WIFI/Internet access, stereo system and television set.

A few days before your arrival, Guillaume will call you, arrange a time for you to arrive and explain how to get to the house. He can also arrange to meet you at the church square in Pleudaniel.
