Description

Holiday home in La Guérinière, ideally located close to tourist attractions: Océanile water park, l'île aux Papillons, Aquarium Séaland, and cycle paths around the island. Set in a quiet street, it is nevertheless close to the town centre and beaches, offering swimming, water sports, walking and fishing. Built in 2017, it comprises an entrance hall, a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and lounge opening onto the garden, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 80cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. In fine weather, you can enjoy the enclosed, landscaped garden and its dining area with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. A garden shed is available for storing beach equipment and bicycles.
