The town of Ribeauvillé is at the centre of the Christmas markets (RIQUEWIHR, KAYSERSBERG, COLMAR, EGUISHEIM, SELESTAT the Christmas tree capital, etc.). The village is long and picturesque, with narrow streets, squares adorned with fountains and half-timbered houses full of flowers in summer. The town of Ribeauville has been awarded the "Station Climatique" and "Station Verte de Vacances" labels. It has also been awarded the Grand Prix National du Fleurissement and produces its own mineral water under the Carola brand. All in all, RIBEAUVILLE is a great place to live! THE GITE Situated in a peaceful setting at the foot of the 3 listed castles of RIBEAUVILLE, we welcome you to a magnificent single-storey house with courtyard and terrace, from where you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the Saint Ulrich castles and the Château du Giersberg. You'll be just 5 minutes from the town centre and its shops, as well as the cycle path. You'll also find a supermarket, the Barrière casino, an open-air summer swimming pool and the indoor swimming pool of the 3 châteaux. You'll be staying just 5 minutes from Bergheim, France's favourite village in 2022. 10 minutes from the charming village of RIQUEWIHR, about 15 minutes from the towns of COLMAR and SELESTAT, 20 minutes from AUBURE, the highest village in Alsace, about 45 minutes from STRASBOURG and MULHOUSE and about 1 hour from the magnificent EUROPA PARK theme park. The gîte comprises : * Three bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, one with 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm, one with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm. * A spacious living room with large-screen TV, mini hi-fi system, 2 3-seater sofas, a table and 6 chairs, and a bookcase with some reading material, * A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, round table and 5 chairs), * A bathroom with separate shower and bath, * A separate WC, * An entrance hall with free fibre wifi * A terrace with garden table and chairs A cot and high chair are available on request. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Rates include tourist tax, utilities (water, electricity and heating), bed linen and household linen. Beds are made up on arrival. Bathroom linen (bath sheet, towels and bath mat) as well as tea towels and kitchen towels are provided. Cats and small dogs are welcome on request.

When you arrive, I'll hand you the keys personally and we'll go round the property to show you the essentials (electricity meter, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer etc). I'll also briefly explain how the dishwasher, oven and hob work and of course answer any questions you may have so that you can enjoy your stay to the full.
