Large house in the heart of Pont l'Abbé in the Bigouden region, for a dynamic and varied stay with plenty of sporting and cultural activities. Ideal for travelling from the Pointe du Raz to the crystal-clear waters of the Glénan via Locronan. All the shops and cinema within walking distance. Every Thursday, enjoy the biggest market in the Bigouden region, just a stone's throw from the house. The first sandy beach is 5 km away and there are many other beaches within a 10 km radius. Change beaches and activities every day: surfing, sailing, windsurfing, diving, sunbathing, wild nature, fishing, cruises, casino, cultural visits... House ideal for bringing family and friends together: sleeps 12. 1st and 2nd floor: 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobe, shutters or roller shutters, private shower room and WC in each bedroom, 1 baby cot, bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Ground floor: living room with sofa, TV, WiFi internet access, large dining table. Well-equipped kitchen with crockery and cooking utensils, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and large grocery cupboard. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. WC with washbasin. Large private outdoor terrace overlooking courtyard with direct access to kitchen, plancha (gas supplied), garden furniture and parasol. Additional sleeping for 2 in the sofa bed in the living room. Cleaning option: 120€ - Deposit required on arrival: 500€ (cheque not cashed) (Closed to rentals between September and May)
