Just 500 m from the Grande Plage in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and a short walk from the market and town centre, this flat has been tastefully renovated and is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift. The living room and separate kitchen open onto a south-west-facing balcony overlooking the river. The 2 nicely-decorated bedrooms are set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle and offer a beautiful view over the old rooftops of Saint Gilles. One has 1 double bed (160cm) and the other 2 single beds (90cm). A garage is available to park your vehicle or store your beach equipment.
