Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist flat with 3 Clévacances keys: sleeps 4: 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm), 1 double bed in the sofa bed in the lounge, fitted kitchen-lounge-living room, 1 shower room, separate WC. Fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, TV, internet, free WIFI, garden furniture, terrace, private enclosed garden with direct access to the residence's private car park where 1 parking space is reserved for you. A car is not necessarily essential, given the flat's location. Bed linen can be hired, bed made on arrival, option 40€. End-of-stay cleaning: option 50€.
