The gite of the wash-house is a small country home all comforts freshly restored in the heart of the vineyards in Champagne a few steps from the Aisne! At 5 kms from DORMANS, 30 kms from Epernay capital of Champagne and 45 kms from REIMS you can discover the vineyard and the history of this beautiful region according to your desires! House comprising: A garden, a terrace accessible from the equipped kitchen, veranda, dining room, living room, playroom, WC on the ground floor. Floor: 3 bedrooms including 1 with a bed of 160X200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 2X90X200 and 1 last room with 1 bed of 120X190. Large water room with Italian shower, double washbasins and WC. Beds made on arrival, towels included on request.. "Amandine Square" next to the cottage with outdoor games for children, petanque and City.
