On the ground floor, Gîte Manly comprises a spacious living room with lounge area - fitted kitchen - dining area, a bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds, 2 bedrooms each with 2 x 90cm beds (+ 2 umbrella beds), one of which has a connecting bathroom, a shower room designed for people with reduced mobility or disabilities with WC and a separate WC. The mezzanine leads to a bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds - a shower room - an alcove with a bunk bed for 2 people (closed by a blackout curtain). This former farmhouse, renovated to accommodate 15 people, is the ideal place to stay with family or friends, thanks to its design and the possibility of renting the nearby Manly gîte. There is a large enclosed garden planted with trees and landscaped, with an outdoor swimming pool (heated and private to the gîte), a large covered area with a summer kitchen with a griddle and furniture for 30 people, and various outdoor games: petanque pitch, badminton net, table tennis, Molky.... For children: a climbing structure and a swing with slide.
