We welcome you personally to get to know you a little better and to introduce you to the gîte and the region, and to discover things nearby or a little further afield. We are available but very discreet, bearing in mind that our home is 200m from the gîte and your privacy is perfectly preserved.

To reach Gîte La Sarpette, located at 5 lieu-dit Sarpe, 33350 Sainte-Radegonde (Gironde), here are the most convenient routes by car. From Bordeaux (approximately 55 km – 1 hour) Take the N89 towards Libourne. Continue towards Castillon-la-Bataille. Then follow signs for Sainte-Radegonde (33350). Once in the village, head for the hamlet of Sarpe, where the gîte is located. From the Dordogne The journey depends on your starting point. - From Bergerac (approx. 45 km – 50 minutes) Take the D936 towards Castillon-la-Bataille. Continue towards Sainte-Radegonde. Follow the signs for Sarpe until you reach the gîte. - From Sarlat-la-Canéda (approx. 95 km – 1 hr 40 mins) Head towards Bergerac via the D660. Then continue along the D936 towards Castillon-la-Bataille. Carry on to Sainte-Radegonde, then follow the signs for Sarpe. An ideal base for exploring the region La Sarpette holiday cottage enjoys a prime location in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, close to many tourist destinations such as the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne: Saint-Émilion: about 15 minutes. Castillon-la-Bataille: about 10 minutes. Libourne: about 30 minutes. Bordeaux: about 1 hour. The vineyards of Saint-Émilion, Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux and Bergerac are within easy reach. Its location in the heart of the countryside allows you to enjoy a peaceful setting whilst remaining close to major road networks, making it an excellent base from which to explore the vineyards, the bastides of the Dordogne and the heritage of the Gironde.
