Located in Gironde, between Langon, Sauveterre de Guyenne and La Réole, the Laurentin gîte offers the peace and quiet of a small country village for 8 people. In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, between the Graves and Entre deux Mers regions, and close to the Côtes de Bordeaux, you'll be able to discover its fine wines. As the owner is a wine-grower, he will be able to show you the richness of his production, as well as a wider range of wines. Le Laurentin gîte is located in a recently renovated 19th-century farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home, with a private enclosed area on the shared property. It is open all year round for weekly or weekend stays (out of season). You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. * A new kitchen * A large living/dining room * Two independent double bedrooms * One large bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. A curtain separates the two areas. * Two shower rooms. Parking available. No smoking. End-of-stay cleaning package available: €90
