Description

This house with beautiful volumes -80 m² (about 861 ft²)- faces south locates only from 2 km from the sea (about 1.24 miles) and from the most beautiful spots in Côtes d'Armor. On the ground floor : a fully fitted and equipped separate kitchen, a living room with television room, a separate bedroom with double bed (140 cm), a separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is also a shed with washing machine and secure bike store, ... Upstairs : 2 bedrooms, one with two sinle beds (90 cm) and the other one with double bed (140 cm), a separate bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Large enclosed garden with lawn and a garden salon, a fixed barbecue and private parking. 50-€ reduction from the 3rd continuous week Sheets (10 €/bed) and towels (5 €/person) for rent upon request. Beds ar made on arrival. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, cutlery, bath) provided on request. Linen of house supplied. Additional services : house cleaning at the end of the stay for 50 €.
