Description
Discover this splendid, bright and modern detached chalet. The accommodation is very comfortable with its 143 m² and 30 m² of balcony facing south. To access the chalet, there are a few steps, yes, this beautiful accommodation has to be earned! On the ground floor, enjoy the 23 m² entrance hall with a bay window where you will find everything you need to leave your jacket and shoes, this room also serves as a corridor to access the bedrooms and the shower room. The first independent bedroom of 16 m² is equipped with a 160*200 bed with a round table and a wardrobe. The second one has 2 bunk beds (4 x 90) with a desk and a bookcase. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. There is an independent toilet. On the first floor, enjoy the very large living room of 58 m² with the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), there is a dining area with a large table for 6 people, the bright living room by its bay windows is very pleasant and comfortable. From the living room, enjoy the large balcony where you can admire the breathtaking and panoramic view. The garden is adjacent to the balcony, it is partly enclosed. (some meters are not) On the second floor, enjoy the mezzanine which is equipped with 2 beds of 80 or a bed 160, a library and games for animated evenings. The owners go cross-country skiing behind the house, the well marked trails are less than 800m away. The chalet is 100m from the Grande Traversée du Jura, the road in front of the chalet is part of a hiking trail: http://www.septmoncel.fr/sentiers-des-lapidaires-s... At 400m: dog sledding activity. Opposite the chalet: sledging slopes. 3 km away, discover the village of Lajoux where the Haut-Jura Natural Park is located with a room dedicated to visits, there is also a fruit factory, a post office, a ski equipment shop (sale and rental). At 5 km, in Lamoura (tourist village) you will find restaurants, a tourist office, a museum of lapidary and the Lake of Lamoura. At 6 km, in the centre of Septmoncel, a baker and grocery shop (open on Sundays).
