Welcome at the Domaine Sainte Barthe ! This cozy guest house of about 60 m2, offers space for up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor, on the rear of the main building. Complete privacy is therefore guaranteed. The accommodation offers a spacious and airy kitchen / dining room and lounge where everything is at hand. THE GUESTHOUSE * equipped kitchen with coffee machine, fridge / freezer, electrical cooker, oven, dishwasher * dining table with 4 chairs * lounge * TV * WIFI * sleeping room with double bed * sofa bed in salon * bathroom with shower, washing stand and separate toilet * terrace with garden furniture and barbecue RATES * High season (15 June- 15 September) : 850 € / week, including energy cost * Jazz Marciac : 900 € / week, including energy cost * Mid season (1 April-14 June + 16 september-31 October) : 80 € / night, min. 3 nights ; 550 € / week, energy cost is charged separately, according to the consumption * Low season (remaining months) : 70€ / night, min. 3 nights ; 450 € / week, energy cost is charged separately, according to the consumption * Excl. taxe de séjour During the high season, the cottage can be rented only weekly from Sunday to Sunday. During the mid-and low season you can book a week or a few days (min.3 nights). PRACTICAL * Sheets are provided, so you don't have to bother bringing these in your luggage. * A set of towels, consisting of 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels pool can be obtained at 5 €. You fit the number of packages to the number of people. * Possibility to obtain breakfast: 7 € per person * For the cleaning of the apartment, 60 € is charged * A deposit of 250 € is asked, which shall be returned at the end of the stay, after verification of the state of the guesthouse and it's equipment * Tourist tax to be paid on the spot * If you wish to bring a pet, please give us a call and we discuss what is possible * The guest house is non-smoking area

A partir d'une portail électronique, une allée mène les invités jusqu'à la maison. Le domaine est situé sur une pente douce ce qui permet d'apercevoir et admirer la chaîne des Pyrénées. Une vue époustouflante garantie par beau temps. Une fois garé sur le parking privé, nous vous accueillons sur la terrasse ou dans la maison, selon la météo, pour faire connaissance et profiter d'une boisson d’accueil. Ensuite nous vous montrons la chambre ou le gîte, nous expliquons comment tout fonctionne au Domaine Sainte Barthe. Puis vous pouvez vous installer tranquillement et explorer l'environnement.
