Welcome to Domaine Sainte-Barthe! Kristien & Filip warmly welcome you to this haven of peace nestling in the heart of the Gers countryside, close to Aignan, Marciac, Lupiac, Riscle and Nogaro. Here, tranquillity, nature and privacy punctuate your stay in an ideal environment to recharge your batteries as a couple, with family or friends. THE GÎTE The Zen Gîte, measuring around 60 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. Located at the back of the main house, it is completely on one level and has its own independent access, guaranteeing peace and privacy during your stay. The gîte offers a warm and comfortable living space including : - a fully equipped kitchen: coffee maker, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher and all cooking utensils; - a dining area with table and chairs - a convivial lounge area with TV and WIFI; - a spacious bedroom with double bed ; - a sofa bed that converts into a double bed in the lounge; - a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Wifi and storage space available in the gîte for your convenience. Outside, enjoy a pleasant private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for summer meals in the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. Domaine Sainte-Barthe is an ideal base from which to discover the authentic Gers, with its picturesque villages, gourmet markets, vineyards, local gastronomy and festivals, including Jazz in Marciac, the region's must-see summer event. RATES - High season (15 June-15 September): 850€ / week, including energy costs - Jazz Marciac: €900 / week, energy costs included - Mid season (1 April-14 June + 16 September-31 October): 80€ / night, minimum 3 nights; 550€ / week, energy costs extra according to consumption - Low season (other months): €70/night, minimum 3 nights; €450/week, energy costs extra according to consumption. - Excl. tourist tax In high season, the gîte is only rented by the week, from Sunday to Sunday, for easier and more comfortable access. From an electronic gate, a driveway leads guests to the house. The estate is situated on a gentle slope, allowing you to see and admire the Pyrenees mountain range. A breathtaking view guaranteed in fine weather. Once you've parked in the private car park, we'll welcome you on the terrace or in the house, depending on the weather, to get to know each other and enjoy a welcome drink. We'll then show you to your room or gîte and explain how everything works at Domaine Sainte Barthe. Then you can settle in and explore the surroundings.
