It has a terrace from which you can see the edges of the limestone plateau of Les Grats. The river Ardèche has shaped one of its most beautiful meanders, the splendid Cirque de Gens. At the foot of the cliffs where climbing is practiced, small beaches invite you to swim. The river Ardèche, the beach and the canoeing base of Pradons are 300m from the gîte. The access to the greenway "Via Ardèche" is 200m away. On one side, Ruoms, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Grospierres, on the other side, Balazuc and Vogüé are accessible on foot or by bike by this greenway. This easy and uneven route of 28 kilometres, between Vogüé and Grospierres, crosses various structures such as viaducts or tunnels. In this natural setting, you can enjoy a multitude of sporting activities such as hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, fishing, climbing, paragliding and even skydiving at 200km/h... Our air-conditioned village house has been renovated on two levels. The first level consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm) and a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. A large bedroom that can be adapted to suit families has been fitted out on the first floor. It can be configured as either a king size bed (180x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm) or three single beds (90x200cm). There is also a separate shower room and toilet. We provide you with bathroom linen (a shower sheet and a small guest towel) and sheets for your stay (beds made on arrival). This linen must be kept inside the accommodation, so please bring your own beach towels. We also provide you with a closed room to store your equipment (bikes, pushchairs, beach games...). ► Further information : • The rates include flat fee of 60kWh/week (ecological approach for a rational use of air conditioning and heat). Contradictory reading of the electricity meter carried out during the entry and exit inventories. If over, pricing of consumption at the EDF Blue rate in force (0,2516€ TTC/kWh on 2024) ; • Tourist tax (1,43€ on 2025) ; • Final cleaning not included (final cleaning option except kitchen for 80 euros) ; • Non-smoking accommodation ; • No pets allowed ; • Accommodation not suitable for parties and evenings.
