The house is located in a hamlet 3 km from the heart of the village where you will find all the amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store and bar / restaurant).The 3mx5m private swimming pool is heated and covered by a security curtain. The house has a capacity of 8 people, it includes: - Ground floor: living room / kitchen open to large living room with fireplace. - on the first level, access to the terrace garden of dry stones with 2 bedrooms (one with bed 160x200 and one with 2 beds 90x200) - bathroom - separate toilet, - the second level 1 large bedroom with 2 sleeping spaces and games of 2 beds 90x200 each- bathroom - separate toilet. Sheets and towels provided- By default the beds will be made in 90, you can ask me to match the beds to have beds in 180. Think about telling me! Many medieval villages surround us, as Crémieu or Pérouges but also Morestel known for its city of painters. 10 minutes from the amusement park Walibi Rhône-Alpes, 20 minutes from the leisure center La Vallée Bleue. You will be 1 hour from Lyon, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Geneva and only 1h30 from the first ski resorts in the Alps.
