Welcome to our Saveur Marine flat. Facing the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, it is located on the port of La Houle in Cancale, away from the tourist crowds and close to restaurants and shops. With a surface area of 42 m², this holiday rental, entirely on one level on the ground floor, can accommodate 3 people. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the sea, with its ever-changing scenery at the mercy of the tides, numerous restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours, fishmongers, and the GR 34 leading to the Pointe de Grouin or towards Mont Saint-Michel. Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne are all 20-40 minutes away and well worth a visit! The holiday rental comprises : * Indoors: > a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a south-facing lounge facing the sea, as well as a comfortable 90x190 cm bed. > a separate bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing area. > a shower room with WC. * Outside: - Outdoor terrace option with garden furniture: €25 (not available in August). The terrace is accessible via a staircase on the 1st floor. - Option to park in the enclosed garage adjoining the house: €25 (not available in August). * Other services : - Pets are allowed after agreement with the owners. - Baby kit available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, baby bath). - Optional household linen: 30€ all inclusive (sheets, towels, tea towels and hand towels) - End-of-stay cleaning option: €50 - As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, the flat has also been awarded the 3-star Atout France furnished tourist accommodation classification. The tourist tax is €1.35/adult/night. * Accessibility: As the accommodation is located on the ground floor and on one level, it may be suitable for certain situations of reduced mobility.
