Our house is situated in a peaceful setting at the foot of the beautiful bay of Goulven on the Côte des Légendes, on a large enclosed plot of over 1,000m², facing south. Access to the beach is just 150 m away via a secure path, ideal for nature lovers, anglers and hikers who enjoy walking along the coastal paths (GR34 in front of the house). You can admire the magnificent views and take full advantage of the invigorating sea air. Nautical club 300 m away, where you can enjoy all the sea-related activities: sand yachting, stand-up paddle, kayaking, catamaran, diving, etc. This beautiful region, with its rich heritage of historic monuments and numerous parish enclosures, will delight lovers of old stone. Detached house for 10 people: Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, combined freezer), living room. 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, 1 shower room (2 basins and 2 showers), separate WC. Upstairs: 1 dormitory room with 4 beds 90 x 200 and 1 bed 160 x 200. 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, Wi-Fi internet, storeroom with washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, cot. Outside: Large terrace, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, private enclosed garden and parking area.
