The light-filled living room, separate kitchen, dining room and sitting room invite you to get together, while the 60 m² terrace offers uninterrupted sea views. The enclosed grounds of 3,200 m², planted with trees, guarantee a natural, intimate setting protected from westerly winds. Ample private parking is also available on site. The house is very well equipped: free Wi-Fi, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue and garden furniture. It has baby facilities, making it ideal for families. Please note that the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The little extras: an ocean-facing terrace, a wooded setting, direct access to the beach, and absolute peace and quiet, while still being close to local activities such as fishing, walking along the coastal path or cycling. Terms and conditions: there is a €90 cleaning charge at the end of your stay, as well as charges for water (€5/m³) and electricity (€0.30/kWh) based on meter readings on arrival and departure.
