This apartment of the chalet "Les Rivages du Lac" ideally located on the edge of the lake of Gérardmer benefits from a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. The sunshine is maximum in the morning because of its south-east orientation. It is classified 2 stars The apartment includes : - a fully equipped kitchen open into a living room with a BZ type sofa (mattress 140X190), flat screen TV and Hi Fi system. - an independent bedroom with a bed 140 x 190 and a cupboard. - a bathroom with a shower, a basin, storage space and a hairdryer. - the toilets are separated. - an entrance hall with cupboards The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers you an access and a direct view on the lake. Enjoy the garden shared by this small condominium of 4 apartments and the beach of the lake located 50 m away. Sports, cultural activities and shops are within walking distance. A private car park is reserved for you as well as a storage space for skis or parasol depending on the season. Each apartment has an individual entrance accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
